Consultants (m/f) and project managers (m/f)

to plan and implement supply management projects for our clients in the Netherlands.

Netherlands consultant responsibilities:
• Spend analysis by category
• Analyses of procurement markets
• Development of sourcing strategies
• Support at every stage of the tender process
• Evaluation of tenders received
• Preparation for and support during supplier negotiations
• Design of decision templates, presentation of results
• Producing presentations

Netherlands consultant profile:
• A strong cultural understanding of the Netherlands
• An excellent degree completed in good time
• Some experience during an internship or student placement
• Strong analytical skills
• Enjoy solving complex problems
• Basic understanding of technical issues
• Very good communication skills
• Flexible, and the ability to work hard as part of a team and to work well
   under pressure
• Excellent English and Dutch
• Good knowledge of Microsoft MS-Excel and other MS Office applications

Netherlands project manager responsibilities:
• Managing projects independently
• Holding workshops and presentations
• Managing supplier negotiations
• Managing your own team
• Supporting clients

Netherlands project manager profile:
• A strong cultural understanding of the Netherlands
• Graduate
• At least three years’ experience of corporate consultancy or strategic
   purchasing with a manufacturer or retailer
• Employee management experience
• Strong social, analytical and communication skills
• Flexible, and the ability to work hard as part of a team and to work well
   under pressure
• Very good English and Dutch
• Experience of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
